OAK!Quote!™
builds quotations for your clients, customers, and prospects using contact data from ACT!®,
GoldMine®, Maximizer®, and SalesLogix® combined
with product information from the on-line Catalog Database maintained in OAK!Quote!.
You can create a new quote or edit an existing quote. When you are finished
creating a quote, you generate the formatted quotation using a spreadsheet template in
Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, or using a report in Crystal Reports.
Spreadsheet templates can contain company logo, special graphics, or other "boiler
plate" clauses. Quotations can be printed, faxed, saved, and modified using the
standard capabilities of your spreadsheet application. Documents produced by OAK!Quote!
can be quotations, invoices, orders, or any document combining contact and product data. |
